Throughout the year the North Hills CRC community participates in a variety of outreach projects by means of . . .
 
  • The CHANGE BEYOND THE WALLS Campaign. 
           Current Project: The Deacons remind us of the current CHANGE BEYOND THE WALLS campaign for April-June for Covenant House-Michigan, a faith-based nonprofit that provides hope as well as shelter, educational, vocational, and other support services to homeless, runaway and at-risk youth ages 13-22.  You may place your contributions in the receptacle in the narthex behind the sanctuary or in the offering plate appropriately marked for Covenant House.
 
  • A monthly food pantry collection for TROY PEOPLE CONCERNED.
               Monthly Suggested Items:

         Donations are placed into the grocery cart usually at the west end of the lobby.

Book Discussion Group Field Trip

If you have never been to the historic Redford Theater, why not join the BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP this Friday, July 25, at 8:00pm., but arrive at 7:30pm to hear the organ recital beforehand.   Showing that evening will be The Princess Bride.  Please RSVP to Bill Beem. You do not need to be a member of the Book Discussion Group to attend-everyone is welcome!

Summer Study

SUMMER STUDY: You are always welcome at any of the remaining Wednesday sessions (9:45am women’s Coffee Break or 6:00pm “coed” Bible Break) for an exciting look at Christ’s impact throughout history presented by author and pastor John Ortberg.  No homework, just show up!
